The process

How buying works

  1. You order. Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Klarna to pay in 3 interest-free instalments or later, or bank transfer through your local service — EPS, Bancontact, iDEAL, Przelewy24. All over a secure encrypted connection: we never see or store your card details. Payment and shipping
  2. Your key arrives by email as soon as your payment is confirmed, with the download link and a step-by-step activation guide. Delivery is entirely digital, so there are no shipping costs. Do check the email address on your order is correct — that's where the licence goes.
  3. You install and activate. If anything goes wrong at this stage, our support team handles it with you.
  4. The licence stays yours. Your keys remain available in your account for whenever you rebuild or change machines.

If something goes wrong

Activation is what customers worry about most, so it's where we put the effort. Our technical team is available 24 hours a day by chat and email, and they know the products rather than working from a script.

If a key won't activate, we work through it with you. If it can't be resolved, you receive a replacement or a refund under our warranty policy. Those terms are written down and linked below — we would rather you read them before buying than after.
